AWS or IIW Certified Welding Engineer (m/f)

Job description
  • Generation of welding documents according to applicable standards
  • Development and implementation of customer specific weld requirements as well as new and further development of complex products
  • Determination of weld filler materials for weld processes and parent materials
  • Analysis and optimization of manufacturing/welding processes
  • Support and coordination of new-product start-ups in cooperation with manufacturing engineering
  • Participation in quality and manufacturing meetings and issues

Qualifications
  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in mechanical engineering
  • Postgraduate education as AWS/IIW Certified Welding Engineer with first hands-on experience in this field of knowledge
  • Proficient in project and quality assurance management, ASQ-/EOQ-certification a plus
  • Proven knowledge in applicable AWS and/or IIW and/or ISO rules and standards
  • Proactive self starter and used to work accurately
  • Customer focused and solution oriented way of working
  • Familiarity with MS-Office applications
  • German language skills a plus

Fitter, Pipe Fitter, Metal Worker (m/f)

Job description
  • Ability to independently read and understand engineering drawings
  • Work according to drawings considering GD&T and industry standard metal working processes
  • Fit, assemble, and tag weld small & large steel constructions with material thickness of up to 4 inches
  • Prepare metal components for welding

Qualifications
  • Journeyman or a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a metal- working or steel processing profession or equivalent
  • Team player
  • Flexibility and willingness for shift work

Certified Welders (m/f)

Job description    
  • Ability to independently read and understand engineering drawings and welding symbols
  • Work according to drawings, WPS, and industry standard welding processes
  • Tag weld and weld small & large steel constructions with material thickness of up to 4 inches using
  • GMAW-process; stick electrode certificate a plus
  • Prepare metal components and (weld-) layers for welding

Qualifications
  • Journeyman or a minimum of 3 to 5 years welding experience in the metal-working, heavy (construction) machinery, steel processing, or structural metals manufacturing profession or equivalent
  • AWS/IIW Certified welder (welding positions 3-G/3-F; thermal cutting processes & welding positions 4 G/4-F a plus)

Machining Technician or CNC Operator (milling , turning), or equivalent (m/f)

Job description
  • Ability to independently read and understand engineering drawings
  • Programming of CNC controls and working according to drawings considering GD&T and industry standard metal working processes
  • Mount and align components in chucks and fixtures for the machining processes
  • Adjust and optimize machining parameters
  • Quality control of dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish
  • Manufacturing of single piece and series production components

Qualifications
  • Journeyman or a minimum of 3 to 5 years as a technician or CNC operator of machining equipment or equivalent for small and/or large steel components
  • Knowledge in operating the Heidenhain iTNC530 controls is a plus
  • Technically versed and spatial sense
  • Team player

CNC Operator (bending) (m/f)

Job description
  • Ability to independently read and understand engineering drawings
  • Programming of CNC controls and working according to drawings considering GD&T and industry standard metal working processes

  • Knowledge in operating the Bystronic and Amada bending equipment is a plus

Quality Assurance Associate (m/f)

Job description
  • Quality control of incoming and outgoing goods
  • In-process measurements and quality control
  • Quality improvements in cooperation with manufacturing and quality engineering departments
  • Generation of quality documents for internal and customer documentation purposes
  • Processing of customer quality claims
  • Participation in quality and manufacturing meetings and issues

Qualifications
  • Technical education (technician, technologist), undergraduate degree, associate’s degree, a minimum of 3 to 5 years or equivalent as a quality assurance associate
  • Proactive self starter and used to work accurately
  • Customer focused and solution oriented way of working
  • Team player
  • Flexibility
  • MS-Office software knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
  • UT-, MT-, VT-certificate(s) a plus
  • German language skills a plus
  • Integrity
